ReelShort - Stream Drama & TV

Hvad det er

ReelShort is a streaming app for vertical mini-series, with episodes that run one to two minutes each. It is published by New Leaf Publishing and is rated 12+ on the App Store, built for phone-shaped viewing rather than TV.

Det, de rent faktisk ser

Viewers watch filmed melodramas shot vertically, with plots built on secret billionaires, werewolf boyfriends, revenge marriages, betrayals and dramatic reveals, all playing out in very short chapters. After several free episodes, a paywall appears asking for coins to unlock the rest of the series, with coins bought in the app or earned by watching ads.

Each episode ends on a cliffhanger within ninety seconds, so it delivers the pull of a soap opera at the speed of a scroll feed.

Content skews to adult romance tropes with cheating, possessive partners and steamy moments despite the 12+ rating, and the coin-per-episode model can quietly add up on a linked card.
